This web site is designed to enable the visitor to get to know Arty Scott and his activities, known collectively as Charlie's Chums. This name was chosen to memorialise a wonderful canine companion called Charlie, who graced Arty and Sally's lives for something over six years, until his death in February 10th 2003 .
